FAQ - How do I view my employees' certificates?

Select the desired employee from the My Team listing

The slide-out menu will show you information related to the employee, including current and archived/expired certifications.

Select the download icon to save the employee certificate to your device

Note: 

• You will only have visibility to Public training records for an employee
• If the learner has regulator training records, you will only have access to these records if they have linked their accounts and provided affirmative consent to share these with you
