FAQ - How do I update my account information?

To update your account information such as name or address you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Worker Passport
  2. Select the arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the site
  3. Select My Profile
  4. Update information as desired
  5. Select Save Changes to apply updates
  6. Select the SkillsPass logo in the top left-hand corner of the site to return to the main page


*if you need to update your email address, click on Help and select Contact Support. A member of the SkillsPass support team would be happy to make this update for you.
