FAQ - How do I Confirm/Access my Account

Once your SkillsPass account has been created, you will be emailed an activation link. It will be valid for one use and expires after 48 hours. 


If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see the email, you will want to prompt a password reset from the login page or contact support by clicking on Help in the right-hand corner.


Once you receive the email, click on the link to confirm your profile. After you have provided the required information (name, address, DOB), hit submit. You will be redirected to the My Certificates section of your SkillsPass profile.


*be sure to use the format MM/DD/YYYY for your DOB, including the slashes.
